I did self harm today but…

I do regret it. I really do as it’s more scars added to my body which I hate but I couldn’t stop myself which I hate but it’s life unfortunately 😔

It's a vicious circle. You hate your body and the way the scars make you look, so you end up hurting yourself again and adding more to that hatred.
