Today is the first day I've revisited the urge to self harm

I haven't cut myself since 2009, but man the urge is STRONG today.

Obvi its not worth it and ik its winter so its easier to hide but remember thats prob why its more in your mind

@SW-User I've always done edibles. I'm bipolar, so sometimes the depression wins. 😔
