You have a good heart. No one knows what made the woman end her life. She must have been in an exceptional siutuartion, maybe lonely and she couldn't take it anymore. It is very sad when other people then make condescending comments.

For me it's a condition. It's the obsession in obsessive compulsive disorder. It's anxiety which leads to obsession which leads to a compulsion. To which my anxiety triggers my compulsion which I self harm the face. I have severe Dermatillomania. And as a docter she herself should know better than to make ignorant and insensitive statements as such.

@ScarletWitch I had OCD as a teen. Gradually with meds grew out of it thought there's a 2percent residue 35 years on.
