@justmonika oh yea- the customers that complain and return things that have been worn with no receipt - yep that is a stressful job. Listening to these jerks.

I had a very close friend who began this, following ongoing trauma at the hands of a guy at her school. She was cutting on a regular basis, eventually culminating in a suicide note.
Chance intervened, and she sought help rather than follow through with her decision. It took a caring counselor/therapist to root out the issues, and stop the self harm.
Today she's very happy, healthy, and in the last year of university for a promising nursing career.

Take time off from work and do something that you enjoy that helped you in the past. Talk with your loved ones or friends. Even if they can't offer you a solution, talking about by itself will make you feel a little better

I know that in those days until i was 21 it only made me sadder when i did things like that. Be nice to yourself, it doesn't help us heal.
