Is a job really matters much?

I mean can we lead a good life working on wall mart or working as a low paid teacher, than an astronaut, tell in context of developing countries!

@chero well apart from a dream job, i am talking about jobs to keep up with ourselves, to not just sitting around, should we join a low paid teaching job in such case?
