Was I too nice?

The guy and I were about to have our second date. The night before he only had an hour of sleep. Anyways, he was supposed to pick me up at 4, he didn't show up nor texted me, so I decided to call and ask what's up. He says sorry he was asleep and I said, it's okay we can go another time. He said, no we are going today (yesterday). We ended up going and I mean, it was a great night, I had so much fun. But, was I too nice? He promised it wouldn't happen again.

THAT is a huge red flag!!! How many people do that when it is the second date? 13th maybe..not the second. It was inconsiderate, irresponsible and disrespectful. I personally would not have gone anywhere with him. We teach people how to treat us...you taught him something about yourself he can use

@Fernie: for goodness sake that's utter rubbish, the guy had only had an hours sleep the night before..he could have accepted her get out of the date offer but he didn't that says a lot for his integrity..give credit where it's due..

@Fernie: she had no reason to disbelieve him, not all men are players..there are some very decent men still out there if you give them the chance..

@Fernie: That's harsh when we don't even know the reason he was tired. He could have had a family emergency or something like that.
