Was I too nice?

The guy and I were about to have our second date. The night before he only had an hour of sleep. Anyways, he was supposed to pick me up at 4, he didn't show up nor texted me, so I decided to call and ask what's up. He says sorry he was asleep and I said, it's okay we can go another time. He said, no we are going today (yesterday). We ended up going and I mean, it was a great night, I had so much fun. But, was I too nice? He promised it wouldn't happen again.

In what way do you believe you were too nice?...you did the decent thing by offering him to postpone the date I don't see that as being too nice just respectful.

@Primnproper: I was raised in a way to always be hard on guys, though I have a really hard time acceptng that.
