Confidence comes from doing things you are good at, succeeding, being rewarded, and repeat. Get some successes under your belt - even little ones.
Being classy... well, that's a harder term to nail down. To me it means being kind, assertive when you have to be, warm, and intelligent. Hard mix to quite capture.
