Is it wrong when siblings are no longer close?

Because of who my siblings are as people, we're not close anymore. My brother brought this up in conversation a few days ago wondering why we're not close anymore. We talk but we don't talk. Do you know what I mean? The closeness isn't there anymore. I'm not hurt and angry with his terrible life choices anymore, but I don't feel like I have to invest in a close relationship with my siblings when in the end I'm just going to be left angry and upset all over again. This particular brother has a track record for deciding he wants his family and then he'll just desert us and treat us like complete and total strangers just so he can be with his ex for months on end.
So I guess my question is, am I wrong for not wanting to be emotionally invested anymore?
