Can you get paid without a bank account?

I'm just curious because I'm planning on closing my accounts with Wells Fargo. They have a fee for everything and I'm tired of them. Should I just switch to a new bank?

Open an account with your local community bank! They're usually free of any fees and much easier to maintain than any commercial bank.
