What's the best way to purge yourself of the things you no longer need in your life?

Bag it up and put it on the curb for garbage pickup. I'm a purger, so my eyes are always targeting things.
Conversely, I'll never get rid of my house. It's too heavy.

I did leave a few things at the end of the driveway and when I got home it was all gone! I hope that stuff found a happy home :)
