Should eyeshadows always be chosen according to eye colour??
I searched online to find the name of the shade i'd like to try...but instead got a colour wheel showing me the shades i should only stick to judging by my eye colour :/ xx

I don't think so, I have hazel eyes and find that the deep purple that was sold in a set of eye shadows for those with hazel eyes was not all that flattering for my eyes...seems like skin tone should be taken into consideration as well.
