true. I'm a quiet person, I think because of my narcissistic father, who made me become afraid to talk about anything, because of him I became afraid of how people respond. But not everyone is like him (thankfully). Though I have my talk-ative moments too, just not while I'm eating. Because then I can bite on my tongue or cheek while chewing and talking. LOL
