unable to log out nor delete a facebook page

I am in twice. Two different names. The one I want to keep has my middle initial. I have struggled, gone through all the clicks to deactivate the original, and the it still remains. Rebooting as well and it still is there. Has anyone else been able to deactivate or remove a name. Yes I have the pass word. I cannot kill it. Am I stuck with two forever? I have all 4 steps steps written down. Can't reach F.B. to do this for me.

I THINK you can only deactivate it, then DON'T log in for the next... three months or longer. Normally, though I'm not sure about Facebook, your account will be deleted if you don't log in anymore over three months after deactivating. You should NEVER contact Facebook that you have two accounts, that's against terms of use of Facebook ;) But then, they might delete the accounts for you, problem solved too then. LOL Unless you want to keep one of them. :/
