My friend is cutting. What do I do?

I'm not with her at the moment and I think this is her first time cutting but she seriously needs help but idk what to do! She cut from the beginning of her wrist to palm. She never had friends all her life and has been bullied since 1st grade (were in the 7th grade). Please help!!' What do I do right now?
