Girls. How do you hook bra. i am trying to wear it but can't hook it.

You put the hooks in the little rings. Bras that clip in the back are easiest put on upside down and backwards, then you flip it and slide around. Front clipping bras are simple to put on but have more clips.

Turn the bra around so you can see the hooks. Then hook whichever one you need to. If you need it tight go to the last hook, if you don't need it as tight go to the middle, if you don't really need it tight go to the first hook. After you're done hooking it turn the bra back around and put it on. That's how my older sister Jordan taught me how to hook and wear a bra. It's easier then trying to hook it from the back, since you can see which one you're actually hooking. You have to be wearing it while hooking by the way.
