I need money advice

So, I'm 19, 20 in February, and I don't have ID or a bank account.

I can't afford to get ID (I'd need a passport which is £80).

I need ID to open a bank account, and I need a bank to get money, but I need money to get ID I don't know how to break the loop.

Any advice to help me?

£46 is still £46 too much for me to afford. MY mum barely gets any money either, she is barely able to afford rent and food (again, she has health problems that means she can't work), and I don't know my dad
