Perhaps consider some diet to minimise inflammation...if possible..
Take probiotics to boost your immune system in the long run.
Rest and perhaps look into naturopathy if you have the interest and the time.
I would address my mental state too as I read you're recovering from an accident.
I'd say, find a teacher that you like on YouTube and watch some speeches. Can't help with the bump,
but can help with keeping your mentality sharp and straightforward to cope with this period..
