Should I move on?

I like this guy that doesn’t show interest in me but there’s rumors that he likes me back, he has a lot of friends that are girls. I don’t know how he talks to them but I’m very stressed on what should I do to get his attention? I’m scared of getting rejected and being ignored, please send advice.
