How Do I get bubbles out of my phone case?

I have a glitter filled phone case that is really hard to take off. After a few days of using it, I noticed bubbles forming inside the water (liquid). I looked up some ways to reduce bubbles but all of them included taking off the case and it won't budge right now. How do I take off my case without damaging it and how should I get rid of the bubbles?
