Starting High School next year...

Starting High School next year, getting anxiety about it as I am going to a school where I know NO ONE and I'm moving 30 minutes away.. I really need some advice as I am very awkward in social situations and not sure on how to cope with these situations. Any answers are appreciated :).

I go to private school so I have some knowledge, however I've lived in my house for a majority of my life. Anyway, what I will say is that I agree with DanielChristensen in that you should join clubs. That's how I made a majority of my friends through our TV club. It also depends on the size of your school as well. If you have a large school your bound to know a little less. My school has almost 3000 students, I have about 700 people in my grade alone, I'm going to graduate next year (2018) and I still won't know everyone in my grade.
