I need advice on surviving a road trip!!

Comfortable clothes- usually a sweater is nice if you’re gonna have the ac on. Comfortable shoes if you’re driving, or easy to slip off shoes if you’re a passenger.
Meds- anxiety meds, travel sickness meds, migraine meds, just whatever meds you may need
Snacks, mints, gum, some good drinks. Maybe a thermos?
Music playlist, podcasts.
You can download movies or shows if you’re a passenger. Might want some headphones in that case too.
Car games you can play by yourself or with others.
Make stops to get out and stretch.
