I need some advice...

So like I'm in a relationship rn but.. there's pretty much nothing there, it's just like saying we're in a relationship just to say it, but the thing is I'm still in love with my ex, it's been almost 3 years since she broke up with me.... And I still love her.. and as soon as I thought I lost those feelings, they came back and smacked me in the face the second she texted me the other day.... And for context we broke up yes, but we are still in contact and just hangout time to time.
What tf do I do 😭
