Man idk what to do at this point.
My addiction is definitely pulling me away from the people I love. People keep telling me to get help but what good will that do

You can withdraw from drugs, I got lucky and quit smoking (10 years free) but it takes a desire to not be subjected to a craving for escape from reality and sorrow.
If we face the hard truth, the tough climb, the deep dig and we succeed then we will know how strong we really were.
