Smoking is problematic for employment at this point.

@calicuz if it’s a newer vehicle, I would suggest following the manufacturer’s recommendations.
A good synthetic oil blend with a range of 5k miles is a good target .

If you own an older model car, and live in warmer climates, perhaps a 20w oil would would be a better choice. I’ve always thought that the 3k mark was a bit of a hustle, but it’s an easy number to remember.
