Is he considered a friend

I have someone i consider a friend although most of the time he tends to hit me and simply call it a joke. I was really bothered by it but since he was the only friend i have i just let it go but one time he was making fun of my boobs and i got mad so i pushed him. It was a slight push but he looked like he was so upset. He ended up ignoring me, it's been a week already and i've been feeling lonely i think i should approach him but i don't know what to say
