What would be a good birthday present for my GF?
I got her a main thing but I want to get her a little thing everyday up until the date. thoughts?

That is really sweet! She's getting special little gifts every day and a main gift.
If it was my husband doing this, I'd be most excited over little special practical things to make each day special like a honey straw for my tea one day, or a piece of chocolate, or if he started the coffee machine for me, or a cheap air plant, a handful of chocolate covered Expresso beans. A backscratcher, A hot chocolate packet. some ginger, or a fruit that I like, some sparkling water, or cheap useful and cute stuff from Daiso or a dollar store or something that I could use around the house. Like a soy sauce spray bottle, or a bamboo pot rest, a tiny whisk, or new cooking chopsticks, new oven mitt, etc.
I don't know if you know your girlfriend well enough to have an idea what kind of stuff she likes or doesn't like. You could always go generic.
