If it was my husband doing this, I'd be most excited over little special practical things to make each day special like a honey straw for my tea one day, or a piece of chocolate, or if he started the coffee machine for me, or a cheap air plant, a handful of chocolate covered Expresso beans. A backscratcher, A hot chocolate packet. some ginger, or a fruit that I like, some sparkling water, or cheap useful and cute stuff from Daiso or a dollar store or something that I could use around the house. Like a soy sauce spray bottle, or a bamboo pot rest, a tiny whisk, or new cooking chopsticks, new oven mitt, etc.

I don't know if you know your girlfriend well enough to have an idea what kind of stuff she likes or doesn't like. You could always go generic.

Perfume, clothing, make sure you know her fit otherwise it could turn out not so good, flowers work only if you know what type of flowers she's into, take her to a nice restaurant
