Hey everyone from USA..I'm asking for advice.

I work as a scheduler for workers compensation patients..I just wanna ask..if on weekdays..what time do u want your initial appointment for therapy to be at? I'm not from US sorry..so I can do my job better and schedule more patients for their therapy..cause sometimes others want a 4 pm but the centers are usually booked. Do 2 pm or 1 pm work? How about mornings? What time do people in USA usually go to work? So I can schedule them before coming to work as well..thanks for answering..the insurance carrier usually wants them scheduled immediately..so I wanna know the times convenient for them to have initial evaluation. It usually last almost an hour.
