Need advice please.

So i met a guy online and he lives across the country. The thing is he is not a US citizen. Well he says he wants to move to where i live and marry me.
I have no I dea what to think.

If you’ve never met the guy and he wants to move across country and marry you and you don’t have major red flags at this time. Anyone that wants to marry someone and hasn’t even met them in person is crazy.
