Update and need for advice

So I’ve found out through friends that they suspect my closest friend and the one I like is in love with me. I don’t know where to go from here I’m not the most confrontational or talkative person out there and I rarely even speak my emotions but I feel like I need to talk to them. Idk what to say is my issue and idk how to say it. I’ve never been in a relationship before and they’re also my closest friend and I don’t want to ruin our relationship. i don’t know wether I should contact them over text or what to do. It seems like it’s constantly push and pull our relationship but I want to just get my feelings out the way and just say them. Anyone have any advice of what to say or do?
