I need advice. I have a lot on my plate right now.

I have to read about a drug toxicity. For which I need to read about the drug first. And then correlate with a rare case we have received. But I don't know when they could die so I need to do it quick.
I have to finish writing a paper's intro and methodology. And show it to my professor day after tomorrow.
I have to organize 3 piles of my data collection bundles and distribute them among 3 colleagues. That I need this done and distributed by tomorrow.

Wtf? How do I organize. When I do one task I start thinking about the other? Then I do the 2nd task instead... I start thinking about the first..... And so on and so forth.

You can either organise your work by date due or by difficulty. If you order by date due then start with work that is required by tomorrow. If you work by difficulty then I think it would be wise to start with the hardest to complete and work your way down to least strenuous.

@SW-User ugh yes. The one case could die any time so I'm doing that first.

This reminds me of when I was in nursing school. It was like Boot Camp squared. Loved the patient care, loved the learning, but the pace and expectations were grueling. Many of us were in tears at times.

If there is one piece of advice I’d give is to get enough good quality sleep. Unfortunately, I’d be studying until midnight, then getting 3-4 hours sleep before being up again to start clinicals. I managed a cup of coffee before leaving the house, started at 6 a.m. and never got to eat until I returned home between 4-5 pm. Eat, then study, and repeat. I was beyond exhausted. Add this to the abusive Sargent Major type nursing tutors, and it was the worst professional experience of my life. @assemblingaknob
