Advice on living with ex of 2.5 years

Just drove 1,200 miles and signed a lease, so we'd be near her sister. Now we're stuck for a year.

We've agreee to not have anyone over, but that's as far as we've gotten so far. It's a fresh breakup. I'm pretty sure she's a true narcissist. Which is unfortunate. We just fought too much, and the relationship required too much maintenance to keep alive.
