Is vomiting part of Covid 19? I should go home right?

I think I’m going to go home since I just vomited. My friend said if I feel fine, I can stay or I can just go home. I felt nauseous. I feel a little okay now. My stomach is a little better after I threw up. I’ll let her know how I feel.
I ate something that didn’t agree with my stomach.

That sounds like a migraine to me. Whether you have head pain or not, a migraine can cause you to be nauseous and throw up. But if it's a migraine, you start feeling a little better after throwing up.
