Startup or working in average company?

Startups will provide great opportunity to learn and lesser politics. Good for growth.

Working in a startup can be great fun but you have to be prepared to be flexible.

If money isnt important to you then startup. If it is then join a good company, generate savings that can last a couple of years and then get a better position in a startup. Spread the risk is my suggestion. Good luck!

Why not work both?Full time at the average company and part time at the startup.If the startup hits gold, then go there full time!Get approval from the startup's boss before you do so.

i've only worked for startups but i feel like you get greater variety of work and responsibility in that environment
