Why is it that you destroy you own happiness?
Everytime something happen, I can't be happy, instead I ruin or destroy it :(

I personally think it all depends on your own point of views about the things you experience. That you in your mind could be telling yourself something negative about yourself, and then starting to believe it. (don't do that! ;) ) Happiness is merely a point of view. ;) It's all inside of us.
