....or perhaps, should we look to vote for candidates who actually do the things they say they are going to Congress for, as promised? But wait.....this is a fantasy question is it not?
When we can finally establish term limits, when we can ERADICATE alllll of the perks and backroom deals where, an elected candidate LEAVES office with an income reflecting their American counterparts instead of leaving with free benefits in perpetuity, and as multi-millionaires....when we have candidates who really ARE there because they want the best for America, and can unabashedly state that they LOVE our country, then perhaps, in my pie-in-the-sky thoughts, we will leave the nation a better place.
