This was unsettling...

I got 3 calls from a random number and then they left a voicemail. It was a robotic female voice saying that they will be forced to take legal action against me if they don’t hear from me.😐

One the first ones like that I got, informed me that I'd be arrested if I didn't call. Although I was curious about what I could be getting arrested for, I did not call.
I know those kind of calls can be unsettling...and definitely annoying, when you first get one.

@Piper Did this happen back in the days of landlines and long-distance charges?

If so, it would have been appropriate to call back to inquire about this supposed arrest and....reverse the "charges!" 😏

@DrWatson It happened in the last ten years, seems like. Back when some dinosaurs like me, still had...have landlines.

Yeah, that would have have been "fitting", and fun! :)
