I am thinking about going back to college, or going to grad school, any advice?

I graduated college 5 years ago, and haven't found a job with my current degree. So I am faced with this conundrum, do I go back to college and get a degree in a different field, or do I go to grad-school to get a masters degree? The problem is I'm not employed, and money is tight in my family as my mother just went on disability. So I will need loans, grants, and other forms of assistance to do either. What would you recommend as my best course of action?
