If this is a typo meant for the slang word "Niga" then probably. In the urban sense. If this is to mean the monster-thing, probably not. Unless it's involving spiritual identification. Finally, if it's just referencing the Naga Hills of Burma - who knows, maybe! I know I don't live around there though. Sorry to disappoint you.
