Must you limit how many quirks a character has in a story? And is it a bad idea to do a story in 1st person if the main character has many

Quirks/nervous habits? Or is that a must be 3rd person?

I know I myself have LOTS.

It depends how well you can write it.

And if the quirks really add depth it helps too, rather than just putting them on there for the sake of having them.

Well yeah, all the quirks I'd have would be of perpous to making the characters who they are.
Not just gonna add em for no reason lol
