Is this a good time to purchase a house?

Why are the houses to cheap right now. I went online and saw a pretty home for only 400 to 755 a month. Im guessing it might be because of the economy because who really needs a house if we have to run, quarantine or leave a area. Which would be a big risk.That’s about as much as I know about housing market right now. Sorry, if anyone else knows more please help a girl out. Thank you.
