Is SW a personal diary we write for the whole world to see?

I just don't know why people publish the stuff they do here. Is it just so billions of anonymous people see our most intimate thoughts and feelings for the EXHIBITION factor only?

Is it so we can share our cosmic angst with GOD as if that can help us or anyone?

So we can show off our immaturity and eternal NEED cause no one else responds to it?

I know most people aren't looking for lovers here but PUHLEEEEZE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How this example rises above any of the aforementioned ills and or becomes a beacon leading others to a utopian vision of what a shit show should look like? I’m not downing what you wrote but is it not true that you’ve simply pointed out the failings any rational mind would eventually conclude. What is lacking is the offering of a solution...
We all see the problem albeit through various prisms .....
And if we had said solution, would any of us be here at all?

BUT

If I personally managed this place there would be more reality and less pain, connection is the antidote to the pain of knowing stuff or needing stuff and knowing all anyone wants to do about it is play with your head

Meetups could spin off where people meet on the phone or maybe in person

and not just off stage

Parties could happen, real ones

Dating apps connected to SW could be developed and used happily and safely

Management could participate MORE and be less mercenary and detatched.

This place could become a worker owner and operated coop where active people benefited financially as well as the few rarefied silicon valley folks at the helm

I don’t think I mentioned anything remotely associated with you’re political leanings, so I’d have to say you might be projecting a little. I love your comment about there being more reality and less pain since pain is the common reality that we all share, beauty is more individualized and subjective, but it is pain where we share the greatest commonality. I see much here about making real connections via parties, dating sites Etc. I think those sites already exist to fulfill those needs, there’s a bar in every corner where the party is real enough. If it’s profit you seek for your wisdom and management skill and expertise perhaps starting your own would be the best overall idea.

Or do these things escape you in logic that was bypassed by anger issues ?@Whiterosesociety
