Anyone have advice for dealing with difficult sleeping?

I’ve been having trouble the last week and have no idea what to do.

Melatonin, cut out caffeine, sugar, and stimulants after lunch, exercise more, drink more water sleep in clean bedding, in a dark, quiet room. Cut screen time off an hour before bed. Eat properly. (Can't sleep if you're hungry) Other than that, no.
