What Are Some Things You Do To Get Over Someone (A Breakup) ?

I’d love to know. A part of me wants to completely remove all memories of him, but another part of me is holding on to them because there was a point in these photos of us where I actually felt good around him. (It’s hard to explain)

- do you delete all photos / memories from your phone?

- remove them from your social media?

- cut all ties?

What sorts of things help you move on?
