Is it true if a cop pulls you over multiple times without cause you can file for harassment?

The video below talks about ARS, “articulable reasonable suspicion”. It’s the minimum requirement for a traffic stop in the United States. If an officer pulls you over without ARS, they are violating the law and should be reported immediately.

Harassment really has no strict definition. The exact definition depends on your state, but regardless, it’s pretty much up to you and your attorney to paint that picture to the court. I think a reasonable person would think that a cop pulling you over three times without ARS, would qualify as harassment.
