Shall I run away from home

I found a job with live in accommodation but my parents don’t want me to go there as they think I can’t look after myself and wants me to work in the family business of plumbing but I’m not smart and I’m not skilled and plumbing is not what I want to do in life. Just want to have my own career and my own path but they forcing me by not letting me work elsewhere .
