Can anyone else who has hallucinations give me advice?
I'm scared of being sent to a psych ward when I tell my therapist. What should I do?

I have a friend who suffers from this occasionally ..the last time he was admitted to a Psych ward..they're not torture chambers ,he was re;eased pretty quickly having dealt with the problem

@fluteacorn It wasn't like a prison ,they adjusted his medication and released him,he had visitors..I am far from being a doctor but the only way to get this sorted is have a professional evaluate whats causing your symptoms

@bookerdana I see my therapist tomorrow. He is good at talking to my psychiatrist.
