Can anyone else who has hallucinations give me advice?
I'm scared of being sent to a psych ward when I tell my therapist. What should I do?

What kinds of hallucinations are you having and do you know what is causing them (is something triggering them or are they a persistent thing)?

@slobound visual and auditory. I think my hypomania is causing them.
