I just got a started a new job working as a data engineer. Should I cut my long hair to more "businessy" look? If so what cut?

Examine the culture in your firm and industry, and the other men's hair styles, and ask yourself how fast do you want to be promoted and get raises. Might even need to lose the beard.

@MikeSp thanks! Beard is shaved pretty short now that pic is a couple weeks old
